Many clients look to Greene County as an option to Albemarle County. The open spaces, lower taxes and lower land costs make it very attractive.
It is also very close to NGIC and DIA.
It is interesting when you look at the numbers that Greene County sales (looking back to 2007) are fairly consistent year over year. As with all markets sales are higher in the Spring/Summer and drop back in the Fall/Winter. So take a month like June and look at the number of sales for each year.
