Stanley Martin Homes

Stanley Martin Homes is somewhat new to Charlottesville but not to Virginia. They were founded in 1966 and recently they purchased Piedmont Realty and Construction.​

Piedmont was founded in 2005 and is based in Keswick, Virginia. As of January, 2013, Piedmont Realty & Construction, LLC operates as a subsidiary of Stanley Martin Companies, LLC.​

Stanley Martin builds homes in Albemarle and Louisa counties, including single family, villas and townhomes. Stanley Martin's neighborhoods throughout Charlottesville offer features that reflect the way you live - including resort-style amenities, main-level and one-level living, and breathtaking mountain views.
